Every model refractory dry gunning machine  has been equipped with an ABB frequency converter, a high-pressure water pump, and a new type of pre-dampenning nozzle.

ABB frequency converter could adjust the motor speed and control the output, on the other hand, could avoid clogging the hose due to excessive output when starting.

A high-pressure water pump could provide high-pressure water for gunning machine, then go through the water ring hole atomization, which could make water and refractory castable materials fully mixed with refractory pre-wet.

In a new type of pre-dampening nozzle, there is two needle valve to control two water line. The operator could adjust the needle valve to precise control of water amount, if so, greatly reduces operator proficiency requirements. With this LZ-1.5ER, you can get low dust and high performance spraying flow in nozzle.
