Jet grouting plant for foundation grouting
Jet Grouting Plant is a kind of equipment specially used for foundation reinforcement, ground treatment and underground structure construction. It reinforces soil or rock by spraying cement slurry or other chemical solutions at high speed to form a consolidation body with high strength and low permeability. This technology is widely used in improving foundation bearing capacity, controlling settlement, preventing groundwater leakage, etc.
High-pressure jet grouting equipment (Jet grouting plant) is an important equipment for foundation grouting. It uses high pressure to inject cement slurry or other grouting materials into the foundation to strengthen, seal or fill the foundation. High-pressure jet grouting equipment is widely used in various construction projects, such as reinforcement, sealing and filling operations in tunnels, bridges, subways, water conservancy and other projects. Especially when dealing with complex foundation conditions, such as weak foundations, uneven foundations, etc., high-pressure jet grouting technology has significant advantages.
The working principle of jet grouting plant for foundation grouting is to use the high pressure generated by the grouting pump to transport the mixed grouting material into the foundation through pipelines. During the grouting process, the grouting pipe will penetrate into the foundation to a predetermined depth, and then the high-pressure grouting material will be sprayed out through the nozzle to form a jet flow. The jet stream will cut the soil and mix it with the soil to form cement-soil reinforcement, thereby strengthening the foundation.
The core of jet grouting is to use a high-pressure nozzle to spray cement slurry into the soil layer at a very high speed, while rotating and lifting the drill rod to fully mix the cement slurry with the surrounding soil and replace some loose materials, thereby forming a uniform consolidation column. According to the different spraying methods, it can be divided into the following types:
Single pipe method (Single Fluid Jet): Only one pipe is used to transport cement slurry for spraying.
Two pipe method (Two Fluid Jet): Two pipes are used to transport compressed air and cement slurry respectively to enhance the spraying effect.
Three pipe method (Three Fluid Jet): Three pipes are used to transport compressed air, water and cement slurry respectively, further improving the spraying intensity and mixing efficiency.
Application advantages of Jet grouting plant for foundation grouting:
Good reinforcement effect: High-pressure jet grouting technology can form continuous, dense cement-soil reinforcement, significantly improving the bearing capacity and stability of the foundation.
Strong adaptability: This technology is suitable for a variety of foundation types, such as silt, silty soil, flow plastic, soft plastic or plastic clay soil, silt, sand, loess, plain fill soil and gravel soil.
High construction efficiency: High-pressure jet grouting equipment can achieve rapid grouting, improve construction efficiency, and shorten the construction period.
Environmental protection and energy saving: This technology uses environmentally friendly materials such as cement, and the noise and dust pollution during the construction process is small, complying with environmental protection requirements.
