Hose Peristaltic Type Pump, also called constant flow pump and hose pump, mainly consists of three parts: driver, pump head and elastic hose. Its working principle is that the motor drives the roller to rotate. During the revolution of the roller around the motor shaft, it also rotates when squeezing the pump tube to reduce the friction between the surface of the roller and the surface of the pump tube. As the roller moves inside the tube, expansion occurs, creating a vacuum that allows more fluid to enter. During operation, at least one roller is close to the pipe, eliminating the need for valves. This cycle achieves continuous liquid or gas transportation.

It can transport gas, liquid and solid three-phase mixed transport. The diameter of the solid contained in the fluid is allowed to reach the inner diameter of the tubular element 40 %.
Simple maintenance: without valves and seals, the tubes are the only parts in contact with the medium and can be easily replaced after each process cycle.
However, peristaltic hose concrete pumps also have some shortcomings, such as pressure limitations, pulse flow, flow attenuation over time, aging of pump pipes, and poor flow consistency between multiple pump heads or multiple pump pipes.
