Grout cement injection machine
A grout cement injection machine, also known as a cement grouting pump or injection pump, is a specialized construction tool designed specifically for injecting grout into cavities, cracks, or voids in concrete structures, soil, or rock formations. This equipment plays a vital role in strengthening, stabilizing, waterproofing, and repairing structures.
A grout cement injection machine is a mechanical device used to inject cement slurry into underground or buildings for reinforcement, filling, or preventing water seepage.
Operation process of grout cement injection machine:
Before grouting, a trial operation is required to ensure that the grouting machine is working properly. This includes checking the hydraulic oil tank, motor and oil pump, grouting machine pressure gauge switch, suction pipe, etc.
During formal homework, it is necessary to place the suction faucet into the slurry and implement normal grouting. To prevent pipe blockage, especially when using a dual liquid grouting machine, attention should be paid to protecting the grouting steel cylinder and sealing.
After grouting is completed, the suction faucet needs to be placed in clean water for cleaning to prevent the remaining slurry from solidifying.
