Electric driven refractory mixer for steel plant is mainly used to accurately mix refractory materials according to the composition, to ensure that the material has excellent corrosion resistance and thermal stability in the high temperature smelting environment.
Electric driven refractory pan mixerr is mainly used for mixing refractory materials, castables, friction materials, chemical materials, precast concrete, mortar, aggregate and glass materials. It adopts polypropylene plate lining or stainless steel plate, and uses cycloidal pinwheel reducer to drive the main shaft to drive the stirring teeth to rotate. The materials are subjected to centrifugal force to form a circulation flow in the pan, and the shear force of the stirring teeth is combined to achieve uniform mixing.

Working principle of electric driven refractory mixer for steel plant:
Mixing Mechanism: The motor drives the reducer to drive the stirring teeth on the main shaft to rotate. The material forms a circulation flow in the disk under the action of centrifugal force, and the shear force of the stirring teeth is combined to achieve uniform mixing.

Structural Design: Polypropylene plate lining or stainless steel plate is used to avoid material adhesion and wear; the layout of the stirring teeth can be optimized to adapt to different material characteristics (such as dry powder, wet material, and granular mixture).
