Diesel driven high pressure jet grouting equipment is mainly composed of diesel engine, high pressure grouting pump, grouting pipe, nozzle, control system, etc. It uses the powerful power of diesel engine to drive high pressure grouting pump, sprays slurry or water from nozzle in high pressure state, forms jet flow to impact and destroy soil, and forcibly mixes with soil. After solidification, slurry forms a solidified body, so as to achieve the purpose of strengthening foundation, stopping water and preventing seepage.

Diesel driven high pressure jet grouting plant working principle:
Power supply: Diesel engine is the power source of equipment, providing stable and powerful power output to ensure the normal operation of high pressure grouting pump.
Slurry preparation: According to the properties of soil to be treated and engineering requirements, prepare slurry that meets the requirements. Slurry is usually composed of cement, water, additives, etc.
High-pressure jetting: After the grouting pipe carries the nozzle and drills into the predetermined depth of the soil layer, the high-pressure grouting pump ejects the slurry from the nozzle at high pressure to form a jet flow to impact and destroy the soil. At the same time, the grouting pipe is lifted or rotated at a certain speed to force the slurry and the soil to mix.
Consolidation body formation: After the slurry and the soil are evenly mixed, they solidify after a certain period of time to form a consolidation body with certain strength and stability.
