Concrete Transfer Hose Pump
Concrete Transfer Hose Pumps are widely used in various construction projects, such as high-rise buildings, bridges, tunnels, dams, etc. Especially in the construction of super high-rise buildings, concrete delivery pipe pumps have become indispensable construction equipment due to their efficient and continuous pumping capabilities.
Hose Pump for Transfer Concrete is a pumping equipment specially used for conveying concrete. It uses a hose as the pumping medium and realizes the conveying of concrete by squeezing the hose.
Working Principle of Concrete Transfer Hose Pump:
The working principle of the concrete conveying hose pump is: the motor drives the rotor inside the pump head to rotate, and the roller on the rotor squeezes along the inner wall of the hose, thereby squeezing the concrete in the hose out, forming a continuous pumping action. When the roller squeezes the hose, the hose is compressed and the concrete is pushed out; when the roller leaves the hose, the hose returns to its original state and sucks in new concrete. In this way, the continuous pumping of concrete is achieved through the continuous rotation of the roller.
Concrete Transfer Hose Pump Structural Features:
Hose: The concrete conveying hose pump uses a special wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant hose that can withstand high pressure and wear, and has good flexibility and sealing.
Pump head: The pump head is the core component of the concrete conveying hose pump, including components such as the rotor, roller, and bearing. The rotor is fixed in the pump housing through the bearing, and the roller is installed on the rotor to squeeze the hose.
Drive device: Usually a motor is used as the drive device, and the motor’s rotation speed is reduced to a speed suitable for pumping through a reduction mechanism.
Control system: including electrical control system and hydraulic control system, which are used to control the speed of the pump head, the squeezing force of the roller, and the start and stop of the pumping process.
Hose Pump Performance Parameters:
Delivery capacity: refers to the speed and flow rate of pumping concrete, usually expressed in cubic meters/hour or liters/minute.
Working pressure: refers to the pressure inside the hose during pumping, usually expressed in megapascals (MPa) or bar.
Hose diameter: refers to the diameter of the delivery hose, which determines the flow rate and pressure of pumped concrete.
Hose length: refers to the length of the delivery hose, which determines the distance and flexibility of pumping concrete.
Hose Pump Application scenarios:
Concrete delivery hose pumps are widely used in various construction projects, such as high-rise buildings, bridges, tunnels, dams, etc. Especially in projects that require long-distance and large-flow concrete pumping, hose pumps have significant advantages. In addition, it can also be used to transport other high-viscosity, particle-containing media, such as mud, mortar, etc.
