Technical principles and core advantages of CLC blocks plant

1. Foaming technology
CLC blocks introduce a large number of tiny bubbles into the concrete slurry through physical or chemical foaming technology to form a uniform closed-cell structure. This technology reduces the density of blocks to 300-1200kg/m³ (the density of traditional concrete is about 2400kg/m³), while maintaining a high compressive strength (2.5-15MPa).

2. Environmental characteristics
Raw material diversification: fly ash, slag, tailings and other industrial solid wastes can be used to reduce natural sand and stone mining.

Energy saving and emission reduction: No high temperature and high pressure steam curing is required, production energy consumption is reduced by more than 50%, and carbon emissions are reduced by 30%-40%.

Recycling: The waste recovery rate is high, and there is no wastewater or waste residue discharge during the production process.

3. Performance advantages
Lightweight and high strength: The weight is only 1/3 of traditional bricks, but the strength can meet the requirements of load-bearing walls.
Thermal insulation: The thermal conductivity is as low as 0.06-0.12W/(m·K), which is better than ordinary concrete (0.8-1.5W/(m·K)).
Fireproof and soundproof: The fire resistance limit is 2-4 hours, and the sound insulation effect is improved by 20%-30%.
Anti-seepage and anti-cracking: The closed-cell structure reduces water absorption and has excellent anti-freeze and thaw performance.
