Hose replacement and adjustment of hose transfer pumps for sale:
(1) When replacing the hose, first loosen the pipe clamp bolts at both ends, remove the pipe clamp, then loosen the hanging ring bolt at one end, pull out one end of the short pipe from the hose, and jog the motor to remove the hose. Push out from the pump; then insert a new hose from the end of the removed short tube between the pump casing and the pressure roller, jog the motor, and install the hose; then fix the hanging ring and install the tube clamp, and then replace it. mission completed. Pay special attention to when re-installing the hose, make sure that the hose is tightly attached to the pump casing, and then it can be put into normal operation after confirmation.
(2) When the hose is used for about 200 hours, the hose can be rotated 90 degrees. In addition to the rotation direction of the single-tube hose pump, the hose can also be pulled back and forth to change the pressure point of the hose and prolong the service life of the hose. .
Adjustment of the pressure roller:
When the hose pump for sale leaves the factory, the pressure roller has been adjusted in place according to the normal situation. If the material cannot be sucked up, or the mouth volume cannot meet the requirements under the rated pressure of the pump, please adjust the eccentric distance of the pressure roller. The steps are as follows:
(1) First open the corresponding round hole plexiglass cover on both sides of the pump casing and the rectangular plexiglass cover at the pump outlet end, rotate the rotor pressing roller between the two round holes, and the bolts face the round holes, and then use a sleeve. Use a cylinder wrench to loosen the bolts at both ends, and then use a small round bar or a Phillips screwdriver to align the round holes marked with 0, 1, 2, 3, and move the eccentric sleeve on one side of the pressure roller to rotate, the higher the number of the eccentric sleeve. The smaller the distance between the pressure roller and the pump casing, the tighter the hose is. The adjustment is based on the scribed line at the top of the rotor. The larger the number, the tighter the pressure, and vice versa.
(2) When adjusting the gap, be careful not to press too tightly, to achieve the flow rate, the tighter the pressure, the greater the impact on the life of the hose.
Lubrication and maintenance:
(1) The side guide roller is filled with oil (high temperature lithium base grease GB5671-91) from the oil nozzle every 24 hours. When filling oil, pay attention to the tightness of the side guide roller. Make sure that the side guide roller is in a good lubricating state. If abnormal sound is found on the side guide roller, it cannot be eliminated after adjusting the tightness. Consider whether the copper sleeve in the side guide roller is worn, remove it and replace the copper sleeve.
(2) Remove the pressure roller for maintenance every three months, and add high-temperature lithium-based grease (GB5671-91) to the inner cavity and bearing.
(3) Add high temperature lithium base grease (GB5671-91) to the rotor bearing every three months.
(4) After the new reducer has been running for a period of time, drain the oil in the fuel tank and add 30# oil again.
Use and protection of hoses:
The storage period of the hose should not be too long, generally limited to one year. For pumps with hoses, if they are not used for a long time, turn the pump at least once every other month.
