The working principle of the peristaltic concrete pump is that a special rubber hose with a smooth inner wall and strong strength is installed inside the pump body. It is kneaded along the hose through a pair of pressure rollers. This rotation causes the medium to be transported in one direction. After the medium is transported, the elasticity of the squeezed hose and the force of the side guide rollers restore the original. At this moment, a high vacuum is generated in the hose to suck the medium into the lumen again, and the medium will follow it. The pressure roller is kneaded and discharged from the hose. In this way, the medium is continuously sucked and discharged.

Features of the peristaltic concrete pump:

1. Satisfy the cleaning requirements: the main point of aseptic clean transportation, the liquid only touches the pump tube, not the pump body.

2. Low stress: the fluid is not sheared, but driven by the body. This is the love of shearing.

3. High splitting accuracy: the characteristic of positive displacement, because the pump can output every time it rotates, metering and quantitative splitting, so it can be used.

4. Self-priming operation: the peristaltic concrete pump can be used to transport gas, liquid, and gas-liquid mixture in dry operation, and can transport fluids containing solid particles. The diameter of solid particles is up to 30% of the diameter of the hose. The vacuum generated by the peristaltic pump allows the pump to achieve self-priming, and there is no need to fill the pump with water before starting.

5. Equal flow in the forward and reverse directions: by changing the rotation of the motor, you can switch the forward and reverse directions without liquid supply, and the forward and reverse directions without liquid supply do not flow.

6. Easy to maintain and clean: only hoses are consumables, without valves and seals, easy to set up and operate, and hoses can be replaced quickly.

Flow rate is an important parameter of the peristaltic concrete pump, and there are many factors that can improve its efficiency. The main factors are:

1. The inner diameter of the hose: the larger the inner diameter, the greater the flow.
