The new design hose type grout plant

Our new design LGP800/1200/130H-E grout/Inject plant/station was sent to our Malaysia customer on July 8, 2016. This type grout plant is a customized machine, our customer provided their requirements. Then our engineers designed the draft drawing, then discussed the said drawing with our customer. After getting our customer confirmation, we made this qualified grouting station.

On July 8, this gout plant was loaded into one 20 ft container to sent to Qingdao Seaport.

This LGP800/1200/130H-E grout station is a combination of mixer, agitator and hose pump (peristaltic pump)in one frame, which is used for grouting/injecting in the highways, railways, hydroelectric engineering, mining, ground/underground, civil engineering and soil stabilization works etc. High speed vortex mixer ensures mix quickly and evenly. Water, cement and other media are quickly mixed into a homogeneous slurry. Then the mixed slurry was delivered to the agitator. To grout hose pump injects from the mixing drum (storage tank). This ensures a continuous mixing and grouting operations.
In this grouting plant, the hose pump (peristaltic pump) with three rollers is used, thus the continuous slurry flow is pumped.

The features of this grout plant are as below:
1. Compact size, It is combination of mixer, agitator and squeeze hose pump and power in one base frame;
2. Flow is adjustable.
3. Squeeze hose pump, hose is the only spare part. It is easy to operate and maintenance.
4. High-power and high-speed turbo mixer
5. With CE ISO etc. certification.
