Chinese peristaltic hose pumps are widely applied in architecture, underground construction, petrochemical industry, metallurgy, food industry, ceramic, mining, water treatment, pharmacy and paper-making.
LH76-915B Chinese peristaltic hose pump mainly consists of pump house, rotor, roller, idle roller, peristaltic hose and driving unit. The peristaltic hose is U-shape in pump house, when rotor drives roller to rotate, hose is deformed. After the roller rotate, the deformed hose recover by its elasticity. Thus the negative pressure in this hose is generated, sucking slurry, and discharging through outlet under roller's push, finally forms pressure conveying of slurry. Along with the cyclic squeezing of roller, the slurry is pumped continually.
The working pressure of LH76-915B peristaltic hose pump is 1.0Mpa, its maximum output is 20m3/h, and its power unit is respectively 18.5Kw, 380V, 50Hz.
(1) Adopting roller structure, rather than pressure shoe, it could reduce friction. As we all know, there are two pieces bearing in the roller structure, it bring about rolling friction between roller and squeeze hose. Compared with sliding friction, rolling friction on the squeeze hose wear is relatively small, it can also prolong the hose service life.
(2) No lubricating oil is added to the peristaltic hose pump. And there is no seal structure in peristaltic hose pump.
(3) We can add vibration reduction systems according to the requirement of our customers. Vibration reduction systems can reduce pulse in the use.
Peristaltic hose pump selection instructions:
1. When the process conditions for the intermittent production and no quantitative requirements, the peristaltic hose pump rated flow can be greater than the actual need for traffic.
2. When the process conditions for continuous production, the actual flow rate should be consistent with the peristaltic hose pump rated flow. If the required flow can be adjusted, you can choose with the frequency control hose pump.
3. The rated pressure of the peristaltic hose pump refers to the working pressure of the hose pump under the power motor. The actual working pressure of the peristaltic hose pump is determined by the loss of the hose pump's own system and pipeline resistance. Therefore, when designing, the actual working pressure in the system will be less than the rated pressure of the hose pump. If the actual working pressure is different from the rated pressure of the hose pump, the motor can be reconfigured.
