For example, the volume of the mixer is from 100L to 800L, the volume of the agitator is from 150L to 3000L, and the output range is from 50L/min to 300L/min.

Application of continuous grout mixing and pumping system:

The continuous grout mixing and pumping system could be used for mixing construction materials and pumping bentonite slurry in tunnel excavation projects, foundation treatment, municipal, highway, railway, hydropower, construction, mining and other construction site for grouting.

LGP400/700/ 80/100DPI-D grout mixing and pumping system for foundation treatment is mainly used to prepare bentonite slurry, cement slurry, etc., in the application highway, railway, hydropower, construction, mining and other ground and underground construction.

LGP400/700/ 80/100DPI-D is a diesel double cylinders piston pump grout mixing and pumping system. It is combination of mixer, agitator and grout pump in one base frame. And it is equipped with a high shear high speed grout mixer, the mixer volume is 400L, agitator volume is 700L. When working at low voltage, its working pressure is 4Mpa, its output is 80L/min; When working at high voltage, its pump working pressure is 10Mpa, its output is 40L/min.

Features of LGP400/700/ 80/100DPI-D continuous grout mixing and pumping system for foundation treatment:

1. Grouting pressure and displacement is adjustable.

2. Air cooling and water cooling for the hydraulic.

3. Easy to operate and maintain.

4. Up to 5mm particle size.

5. The oil thermometer can automatically control the cooling fan to work within the normal temperature range. If the temperature is too high, the machine will automatically stop working.

6. Double cylinders piston pump with single acting to ensure the continuous slurry flowing (small pulse and not easily leaking compared with the double acting piston pump.

7. It is full hydraulic drive, and equipped with three cylinders air cooling diesel engine.

8. The function switch between mixer and pulping machine is realized by using squeeze switch.
