Complete grout injection systems for self-drilling micropiles
Complete grout injection systems for self-drilling micropiles usually is defined as an injection under pressure of fluid material into fractures and cavities in rock, soil or artificial structures. Such as dam grouting, underground constructions grouting, foundations injection and grouting. Constructions grouting, etc. At the same time, grouting methods could be divided into compaction grouting (displacement), cement grouting (Intrusion), chemical grouting (Permeation), jet grouting (replacement).
Founded in 2009, Lead Equipment has manufactured the largest selection of complete grout injection systems for self-drilling micropiles for 10 years. Located in Zhengzhou city, Henan province, China, Leadcrete offers injection systems for self-drilling micropiles, as well as a variety of grout pumps, including piston and plunger types, also the grout mixer pump. User-friendly operation and ease of maintenance are emphasized in the design of our grouting systems. Enough technology is incorporated to maximize efficiency, yet not so much as to compromise ease of operation or maintenance.
Grout injection systems for self-drilling micropiles is widely used in building construction, geotechnical, heavy construction, highway, maintenance and plant, also the geothermal grouting applications etc. The combination of colloidal grout mixer, grout agitator and grout pump makes these complete injection systems more reliable for the grouting projects.
1. Operate easily, one or two person will be ok;
2. Move conveniently; From one grouting hole to another one, only need move one time;
3. Regards the grout mixer volume, grout pump flow and pressure could be designed according to your demands;
4. About the grout plant driven engine, also there is electric motor, diesel engine for option.
5. About the grout plant frame, could be made skid, trailer, or with crawler, more easy to move;
Complete grout injection systems for self-drilling micropiles is a combination of mixer, agitator and grout pump in one plant. The special mixing effect of cement or bentonite with water is archived in mixer by a high turbulence created in the pump casing. This turbulence with its high shear forces separates the cement or bentonite particles which results in a fully hydrated suspension.
As soon as the mixing process is over, the mixing is transferred into the agitator. The slow stirring paddle prevents the grout from settling out of suspension and removes any air bubbles from the mix. Each machine incorporates mixers and pumps of matched capacity which together with an agitated storage tank enable virtually continuous operation once work has commenced.
Complete grout injection systems for self-drilling micropiles, for pumping of backfill mortar behind tunnel liners, grouting in the soil, earth foundation stabilization, waterproofing, tunnel lining, underwater foundations, bridge decks, deep well casing, slope line grouting, etc. complete injection systems for self-drilling micropiles flow and pressure could be customized produced according to projects request.
Now Lead equipment have developed full series of complete injection systems for self-drilling micropiles, mixer volume from 200L to 800L, agitator volume from 300L to 1200L, pump including piston type, plunger type and hose type. pump flow from 0 to 130L/min and pressure from 0 to 100 bar.
