LGP220/350/50DPI-D grouting system used for bridge restoration is driven by a diesel engine. It is equipped with single acting double cylinders piston pump. Double cylinders piston pump with single acting to ensure the continuous slurry flowing and not easily leaking compared with the double acting piston pump. This grouting system used for bridge restoration combination of mixer, agitator and grout pump in one base frame, and the function switch between mixer and agitator is realized by using squeeze switch.

Application of compaction grouting system:

Grouting system is mainly used for making and grouting cement slurry in the highway, railway, hydropower, construction, mining and other ground and underground construction fields.

Technical data of LGP220/350/50DPI-D compaction grouting system:

The mixer volume of compaction grouting system is 220L, its agitator volume is 350L. Grouting pressure and output are step-less adjustable. The working pressure of its grouting pump is 0-30bar, and its pump output is 0-50L/min.

Features of LGP220/350/50DPI-D grouting system used for bridge restoration:

1. Grouting pressure and displacement is adjustable.

2. With pressure, hydraulic oil temperature and flow sensors, over hydraulic oil temperature protection.

3. Diesel and full hydraulic driven.

4. PLC and HMI control.

5. Solid state relay.

6. Up to 5mm particle size.

7. Air cooling and water cooling for the hydraulic.

8. The grouting/ injection recorder with computer is optional.

LGP250/350/100DPI-D diesel engine grouting pump station is an updated machine, based on the existing grouting station. It also is a combination of mixer, agitator and grout pump in one base frame.

The grout mixer volume is 250L, grout agitator volume is 350L. The grout pump is double cylinders piston pump. Grout pump pressure is 0-100Bar, grout pump output is 0-100L/min.

LGP300/300/75PI-E injection grouting plant:

LGP300/300/75PI-E injection grouting plant is combination of mixer, rectangular agitator and piston grout pump in one plant. It is driven by an electric engine.

The mixer capacity of injection grouting plant is 300L, and its output is 4.5m3/h. The agitator capacity of injection grouting plant is 300L. Its grout pump is designed for double-acting piston, so discharge of grouting pump is continuous, uniform and smaller pulse. When its working pressure is 0-5Mpa, its output is 0-75L/min; when its working pressure is 0-10Mpa, its output is 0-38L/min.
