LGP400/80PL-E Grout equipment is a combination of grout mixer tank and vertically plunger pump all in one base frame. It is very easy to operate and move. LGP400/80PL-E grout equipment is specially designed for tunnelling backfilling project, the high speed grout mixer volume is 400L, grouting pump flow: 60-80L/min, grouting pump pressure: 2.4-5MPa. grouting pressure and displacement is adjustable. The backfilling grout equipment is driven by an electric motor. Grout equipment is suitable for all grouting applications with cement and ultra fine cement.

High speed high shear turbo mixer ensures mix quickly and evenly. Water, cement and ultra fine cement or bentonite is quickly mixed into a homogeneous slurry. Then the vertically plunger pump injects from the mixer drum. This is a continuous mixing and grouting operations.
