Our colloidal grout mixing unit can be customized for virtually any application. 
1. Colloidal grout plant used for civil engineering - dam, tunnel, subway, mine, soil nailing wall, curtain, anchor, cable trench and anchor grouting;
2. Colloidal grout mixing and pump plant used for mine application - roadway reinforcement, backfill, waterproof grouting;
3. Colloidal grout mixer and pump used for engineering - underwater foundation, offshore platform, coast foundation grouting reinforcement;
4. Colloidal grout plant used for building structure - building and bridge repair, foundation reinforcement, slope support, soil compaction, rock grouting.

► Features:

1. Grouting pressure and displacement is adjustable.
2. Air cooling and water cooling for the hydraulic.
3. Easy to operate and maintain. 
4. Up to 5mm particle size.
5. The oil thermometer can automatically control the cooling fan to work within the normal temperature range. If the temperature is too high, the machine will automatically stop working.
6. Double cylinders piston pump with single acting to ensure the continuous slurry flowing (small pulse) and not easily leaking compared with the double acting piston pump.
7. Colloidal grout mixing plant is full hydraulic drive, three cylinders air cooling diesel engine acted as universal grouting applications.
8. The function switch between mixer and pulping machine is realized by using squeeze switch.
